The Digital Solutions Delivery Team Project Manager role will be responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure projects are successfully delivered on time within scope and budget. The Project Manager will work with key business stakeholders, functional users and the  Digital organization to manage projects of various sizes.  This includes managing all steps of a standard system development lifecycle, including: preparing a project charter, define, document and implement business process and systems solutions, managing the development effort, testing, and deployment planning.


In this role, the candidate will be required to independently manage key projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of the Digital Solutions Delivery Project Management Team this candidate will work globally with business and IT stakeholders driving system, data and process enhancements to achieve operational excellence, high data quality and support a customer-centric business strategy.  


  • Manages Various size projects successfully from initiation to completion, including scope, resources and timeline.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for successful execution of the project.
  • Develop project scopes and objectivs involved relevant stakeholders
  • ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop required project documentation including project plans, risk and issue logs, status report cards, reporting and more
  • Measure project performance
  • Creates and executes project work plans and other project management deliverables.
  • Manages change in project scope,  schedule and costs and communicates to stakeholders
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team and ensures sign-off by stakeholders.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Role Requirements


  • Experience in a similar role with strong project management, data management and application development lifecycle is required.  
  • Experience in successfully managing projects independently.
  • Personnel management, including managing and leading teams that span departments.
  • Comfort with a matrix-management model where one must manage and influence personnel whom do not report into your department.
  • Participation in Enterprise level systems implementation and or systems upgrade Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong customer-centric orientation. Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and do whatever it takes to achieve team and company success.
  • Understanding and experience with one or more of the following end-to-end standard enterprise processes: (a) Design to Launch (b) Campaign to Quote (c) Order to Cash (d) Contract to Renewal (e) Install to Retention (f) Acquire to Retire (g) Procure to Pay (h) Planning & Budgeting (i) Record to Report (j) Hire to Exit
  • Positive attitude team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multi-processing and working as a liaison between various cross-functional teams and the IT organization.
  • Excellent understanding of formal Systems Development Lifecycle, Project Management Methodologyand Change Control Management disciplines.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 
  • Some travel may be required
